As Head – Design & Content (CRM & Merchandising), I drive the creative direction for campaigns that reach millions, ensuring every touchpoint carries meaning, clarity and brand consistency.
Before Flipkart, I cut my creative teeth at Khatabook, Radio Mirchi, Leo Burnett, and Autumn Worldwide, working across brand campaigns, copywriting, and consumer storytelling.
